![]() ![]() ![]() I know this might seem a bit involved but as badgers are fast, un-tameable, and sort of difficult, I found this was a great way to butcher them en-masse without getting hunters involved. Once you re-pull the level, your butcher will get right to work dealing with the corpses. Your military will make quick work of the animals while they're trapped in the room. They should move right next to the cage but won't do anything until the cage is opened. To tame them, build a kennels and select 'tame large animal' or similar and select the animal. The dwarf will fetch the skeleton and then sit in the butcher workshop for a while. ![]()
